In 2015 Axiom secured a new opportunity in Mt Barker, South Australia, one of SA’s fastest growing regions.

Axiom entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with the family land owners to develop the 50 hectare land parcel into approximately 600 residential lots in keeping with the natural and majestic environment of the area. This broad acre subdivision opportunity gives Axiom exposure to the residential sector. Under the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement, Axiom is responsible for the delivery and management of the entire project, and will be entitled to share in the net proceeds of the residential sales.
