In partnership with its major shareholder Pivot Group and institutional property giant Industry Super Property Trust (ISPT), Axiom developed this 6,600 sqm site in joint venture at 100 St George Terrace Perth in 2006.
The project was developed by the partners into a landmark Perth CBD project comprising of 12,000 sqm of retail and 3 levels anchored by Woolworths and various national and international retailers, and a 30,000 sqm green office building occupied by NAB, INPEX and several other major corporations. Axiom sold out of this project to its partner in April 2008, delivering an enhanced return on equity.
